Pennings Farm has grown apples for more than 30 years and welcomed Pennings Farm Cidery to the farm in 2015. The Cidery is home to both the hard cider production facility as well as a taproom. Cider production takes place year-round at Pennings Farm Cidery, allowing for a regular rotation of a dozen orchard grown hard ciders to remain on tap while open.

Destination Unknown Beer Company (DUBCO) is located on the South Shore of Long Island in the thriving town of Bay Shore, NY. As passionate homebrewers, we opened a small 1 barrel brewery and tasting room in the spring of 2014. After a short while and massive public support we began expanding our brand into what it is today. Tasting room here in Warwick is now open!

Smokin Grate BBQ LLC is an offsite catering company. Whether a private or public event, SGBBQ wants to be there. Weddings, cooperate events, backyard BBQs, and everything in between. We will make it a "grate" one!

In Barb's Berry Buggy we make fresh fruit, cheesecake and delicious toppings into yummy chocolate kabobs at special events, corporate functions & private parties.

Our Maine roll features Maine lobster, served chilled with mayo, on a New England roll, with a lemon wedge. One of our two classic roll styles, the Maine Roll is a favorite of Mainers and purists alike.

Gourmet Cupcakes and Baked Goods serving the Hudson Valley & bringing smiles to all one cupcake at a time. Also offering gluten-free baked goods are made with organic or natural ingredients, never contain artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives, and are served in unbleached, Quilon-free, compostable muffin liners

Rushing Duck Brewing Company is a small, family owned and operated brewery located in the Historic District of Chester, New York that began selling beer in August of 2012. Based in Orange County, our beer is distributed throughout the Hudson Valley exclusively by Gasko & Meyer Inc. We produce a wide variety of tasty beers. Hoppy, malty, American-styled, Belgian influenced, barrel aged, sours, you name it. First and foremost we brew beer that we like to drink. We hope you do too.
